Pehrsson, Erik, farmer, b. August 2, 1796, d. May 31, 1826, married on June 2, 1821 to Maria Christina Jacobsdotter, b. 1795. Maria Christina (Maja Stina) and Erik moved from Västerhiske to Tefteböle, Umeå Rural Parish. The family also lived in Grafmark and Botsmark in the parish of Sävar. They had four children:

       Johan Peter (Eriksson), b. August 7, 1822
      Karl Jakob (Eriksson), b. September 29, 1823
      Erik (Eriksson) b. February 15, 1826.

Erikson (Ekström), Karl Jakob, lived in Sävar (Södra Gotland), b. on September 29, 1823 in Sävar, d. on March 16, 1901. On March 23, 1851 he married Maria Sofia Boström, a farmer’s daughter from Ytterboda. Maria was born on October 23, 1827 in Sävar and died on April 28, 1905.

Karl Jakob worked as a farmhand until December 8, 1848 when he was admitted to the army as a rifleman of Squad 122, Västerbotten’s Regiment. Army records show that he was 5 ft 8.5" tall and that he was honourably discharged in 1873 after having completed 25 years of service.

Karl Jonas -> b. 1851-01-19, m. on 1885-05-24 to Maria Fredrika Sandström Karl Jonas was a sailor and went by the name Karlsson (he was Karl's son).
Emigrated to the USA on September 4, 1881 but moved back to Sävar, Sweden on December 12 1884.	Erik Oskar b.1887-05-12, emigrated to the USA on April 28, 1906
Moved to Luleå, Sweden on November 12, 1888, and then to Sundsvall (Östrand, Timrå Parish) on November 22, 1891.		Descendants?
Karl Jonas died on November 15, 1906 in Östrand. Three sons emigrated to the USA in 1905-1906. Maria Fredrika and Johan moved to Skön (Skönvik) on October 13, 1914 where Johan worked at the iron mill. On June 12, 1900, the family went back to the USA (Chicago), arriving in New York on July 1, 1900 on the S/S Etruria. Lived in Arthur Bay, MI. Leonard was a fisherman and a mail carrier.
